View Application Form ↗Attend Quarterly Meetings
A representative must register at the NGO table at the start of each meeting so we can enter your group's name into the random drawing.
Present Your Mission
If your NGO is one of the three drawn out of the hat, be prepared to give a five-minute presentation about your mission including how funds will be used if you win, followed by a two-minute Q&A.
Winning Selection
Members who donated $1,000 pesos or more will vote for the winning NGO. The organization with the most votes receives all the pesos collected at that meeting!
Important Notes
- •Winning NGOs must wait three years before being eligible to win again.
- •We encourage NGOs to attend every quarterly meeting for networking and grant opportunities. NGOs that have not attended for three years will be removed from the list and will require re-nomination.
